In 2005 we were named one of the Top 100 roofing contractors in the nation by RSI magazine. They annually rank the top contractors based on performance, customer service, and overall productivity of the company. We were also ranked again on the top 200 list in 2007.

In 2005, we won our first "Professional Remodeler of the Year" award for a Residential Exterior Renovation/Restoration. The house was built in 1921 and the home owners wanted a complete reconstruction of the back of the house, all the while keeping the same look as the older parts of the house. To view the project, click here. We again won the award in 2007 for putting an addition on a Tudor style home while also evaluating the current state of the slate and flat roofs. In 2006 and 2007 we won PRO awards for commercial specialities.

In 2007 we won a PRO award for a Commercial Interior reconstruction on EDEN's women's shelter.

In 2008 we won a PRO award for a Commercial Exterior on Zion Lutheran Church in downtown Cleveland. The church was in dire need of repair and we were contacted to start the restoration to bring it back to its original state. Click here to see the entire project.

The final two awards we received in 2008 were honorary mentions. The first was for Light Construction and the other was for a Residential Addition Under $100,000.
