Lakeside Village

Lakeside Village is a community of condos of varying sized homes in Rocky River. We were contacted to look at the roofs on all of the units and determine the problem areas on each. The long process showed that most of the roofs were in great need of repair. Some issues included bad flashings, blown off shingles, tuck pointing of chimneys, and leaks, among other things.
