Residential Projects
Residential
Project #1
The client's home is a beautiful Tudor
style mansion located in Hudson, Ohio. We were contacted
by the client ’s architect in early 2006 to help design
and construct an addition to the home, as well as evaluate
the existing slate and flat roofs. This project helped Absolute
win a 1st place award in 2007 for a Residential Historical
Renovation/Restoration at the annual NARI awards ceremony.

Residential
Project #2
The clients wanted to remove
an existing garage, add a family room, reconfigure the side
entrance, add a 3-car garage and replace the driveway, all
the while maintaining the original look of the house. The
house, built in the Spanish hacienda style, was constructed
in 1921. It is located at the start of the “Gold coast”
in the beautiful Edgewater neighborhood of Cleveland Recycled
and reclaimed materials were to be used whenever possible.
This project helped Absolute win a first place award in
2005 for a Residential Exterior Renovation/Restoration at
the annual NARI awards ceremony. Click

Residential
Project #3
Lakeside Village is a community
of condos of varying sized homes in Rocky River. We were
contacted to look at the roofs on all of the units and determine
the problem areas on each. The long process showed that
most of the roofs were in great need of repair. Some issues
included bad flashings, blown off shingles, tuck pointing
of chimneys, and leaks, among other things. Click here
